Forms Reviewer is provided free of charge and is intended to assist users in reviewing the currently open Google Forms™ form.

Forms Reviewer displays information from the currently open Google Forms™ form in a sidebar within Google Forms™. The add-on does not modify form content. Users are solely responsible for the creation, maintenance, accuracy, and distribution of their forms.

The add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Maxi Research shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of Forms Reviewer or from reliance on information displayed by the add-on.
